Terms & Conditions

Shogun Designs spends a lot of time, care and attention to ensure our products look perfect. The team have negotiated hard to ensure attractive rates and have selected DHL, the well-known courier service, to ensure your Shogun Designs’ textile screen prints are delivered to you both safe and sound.

 

Things you may need to know about your order and delivery:

 

Delivery

UK standard delivery is provided both tracked and signed for by DHL’s Next Day service. Rural and remote areas may take longer.

International delivery is between 2 and 10 days depending on the location.

Please note that all screen prints are hand pressed, stretched, mounted and framed and are produced to order and therefore each product takes between 7-14 days to produce following completion of the order process.

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

Our delivery Partner – DHL

We use DHL for all our deliveries.

For all our deliveries, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Each delivery can be tracked using the DHL Waybill number on their website – www.dhl.co.uk/en.html

This is a fully tracked service. DHL will make three attempts to make a successful delivery. After three unsuccessful attempts, the screen print will be taken back to the depot and the recipient will be contacted to arrange one final redelivery and should this prove unfruitful, the item will be returned to Shogun Designs. Should this happen, you will be required to pay £11 for a round trip charge. Any further requests for redelivery will be treated as a new delivery and be charged accordingly. Should you request an address correction, there is also an additional charge of £11.

Should your address be deemed as remote by DHL, there is a £20 surcharge for remote area locations.

You may encounter customs charges with your country. This will vary from county to county and will need to be payable directly to DHL to release the package. Shogun Designs is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients’ countries. The customer is entirely responsible for all these charges.

Payment: 

We use the online payment gateway SagePay to collect/process transaction information.   SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). SagePay adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We accept the following credit cards through the SagePay gateway. Returns & Exchanges: 

At Shogun Designs, we want you to love every item you buy from us. However, we understand that, on a rare occasion, you might like to return an item so our aim is to make our returns policy as simple as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and return your item within 14 days, in its original condition. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All returned items must have a copy of the invoice submitted. Any items returned without any invoice or order number will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us on – sales@shogun-designs.com so we can arrange a replacement, alternative or refund for you.

Please take photographs of the damaged/broken goods and send them to us at sales@shogun-designs.com.

Once you have packed up your return item securely along with your invoice or order number, please post it back to us at the following address – Returns Department, Shogun Designs, 34 Hesper Mews, London SW5 0HH.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost or damaged. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover the item(s). Shogun Designs cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping the returned items will need to be covered by you.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

 If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is email us on sales@shogun-designs.com so that we can here arrange a new item to be sent out. This must take place within the 7 day period. If the exchanged item is for a lesser value, then a refund will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of a higher value a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to take the additional payment.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Sterling.  Shogun Designs cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result.  We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure as to any aspects of the item being purchased, as we do our best to ensure that you will be fully satisfied with your order.

We will accept returns (or provide an exchange where possible) but, in any event, a refund will only be available if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. In the event that any item is returned for refund it must be in a fully saleable condition, having been returned in the same condition in which it left us, and you must pay the cost of sending goods back. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery charged by us or the cost for you to return the item. In the unlikely event of an item having being received damaged then we will arrange for collection and a full refund, provided you have notified us within 24 hours of delivery. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
